Placement in Your Establishment
The standard machine can be placed on a counter or on a pedestal stand. An ideal location is visible from the tables but not in the staff's main walkway – for example, near the entrance to the dining area or at the end of the counter. Children should be able to reach the crank themselves; if placed on a counter, a parent might have to turn it, which lessens the effect.
Costs and Replenishment
