Returns and Cancellations
No Consumer Right of Withdrawal
This shop is exclusively for businesses, clinics, and medical practices. Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for consumers under consumer protection laws.
Voluntary Returns Policy
We accept returns of unopened refill packs and unused dispensers within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior arrangement. Please notify us of your return in advance at shop@gumandfun.info so we can issue a return number.
Excluded Items
Custom-branded dispensers, as well as tokens that have already been used, and opened capsule containers, are excluded from our returns policy.
Transit Damage
Please report any visible transit damage with a photograph within seven days of receipt. We will replace damaged goods without further inspection.
Costs and Refunds
For voluntary returns, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the value of the goods within 14 days as a credit note to the invoice or to the payment account. For justified defects and transit damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
